Royal Majoon is an edible product. For your safety and the safety of other customers, we can only accept returns of jars that are unopened and still sealed.
Returns of Unopened Jars
- You can return an unopened, sealed jar within 3 days of delivery.
- To start a return, WhatsApp us at +92 317 7997721 or email herbxperts@gmail.com, with your order number.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Opened jars, or jars with a broken seal, cannot be returned.
Damaged, Leaking or Wrong Items
Every jar is bubble-wrapped and packed with care, so this is rare. If your jar arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item:
- Tell us as soon as you receive the parcel, with your order number. A photo of the parcel and jar helps us sort it out quickly.
- We will replace it free of charge.

Royal Majoon is sold only on herbxperts.pk and our official WhatsApp. If a jar you bought from us is not genuine Royal Majoon, we will refund your money.
Refunds
- Refunds are paid to your Easypaisa or JazzCash account.
- We process the refund within 3-4 days of receiving the returned jar and checking that it is unopened and sealed.
- Delivery is free, so there are no delivery charges to refund.
Opening the Parcel Before Payment
For your safety, the parcel cannot be opened before payment, because the jar is sealed. Our replacement promise above covers any damaged or wrong item.
