Where We Deliver

We deliver all over Pakistan. At the moment we do not ship outside Pakistan.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on every order, whether you pay Cash on Delivery or in advance.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on your city and province. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Order Confirmation

After you place your order, we call you or message you on WhatsApp to confirm it. We dispatch your parcel once the order is confirmed, so please keep your phone with you.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. Every parcel is packed discreetly, nothing on the outside of the parcel shows what is inside.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD): pay in cash when you receive your parcel.
• Advance payment: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay or Raqami Digital Account.

Opening the Parcel

Royal Majoon is an edible product, sealed for your safety. Once the seal is opened, the product loses its protection, so the parcel cannot be opened before payment.

If your jar arrives damaged, leaking or is the wrong item, please tell us as soon as you receive it, see our Refund & Returns Policy for free replacements.

Address and Delivery Problems

Please make sure your name, phone number and full address are correct. If the courier cannot reach you or find your address, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
